Saskatoon Prepares for an Electrifying Saturday Night Showdown
The Saskatoon Goldfins Swim Club, in collaboration with the Saskatoon Lasers Swim Club, is set to host the much-anticipated Saturday Night Showdown Time Trial on June 14, 2025. This thrilling event will take place at the Shaw Centre in Saskatoon, SK, promising an evening of exceptional swimming talent and competitive spirit.
A Gathering of Elite Swimmers
Fifty-six senior swimmers from Saskatoon and its surrounding areas will compete in this long course time trial. The athletes aim to achieve new qualifying time standards, showcasing their prowess in a variety of challenging events.
Event Schedule and Highlights
The Goldfins will arrive at 5:00 PM, with racing scheduled to begin at 6:35 PM. Swimmers will test their mettle in a series of demanding races, including:
- 800M Freestyle
- 100M Freestyle
- 200M Breaststroke
- 200M Backstroke
- 100M Fly
- 400M Freestyle
- 200M Individual Medley
- 100M Backstroke
