Goldfins Swimmers Post 64 New Provincial Time Standards at the 2023 Fall Breakout

The Saskatoon Goldfins Swim Club swimmers competed in the first swim meet of the 2024 competitive season: racing in the 2023 Fall Breakout Swim Meet, September 29 – October 1, 2023 – Regina, SK.  The Goldfins were represented by 63 swimmers competing in 461 individual events. 

The Goldfins posted 64 NEW Swim Saskatchewan Provincial Short Course Qualifying Time Standards.  These standards include: Junior Provincial and Senior Provincial qualifying times.  Swimmers achieving these times qualify to compete in Junior and Senior Provincials (February 2024, March 2024 & July 2024)

Goldfins posted 357 personal best times at this first swim meet of the season.  Congratulations to Goldfins swimmers who posted 100% personal best times: Enioluwa Agbejule, Gage Andrews, Violet Bi, Robyn Diederichs, Luka Fehr, Tylan Fehr, Vanessa Godbout, Miller Gotto, Ava Gursky, Emmy Hoffmann, Shay Sullivan, Piper Veikle, Leo Wang and Chasen Weber.

Addie Bartlett              100 Breaststroke        -42.22               24.82%

Robyn Diederichs       200 Freestyle              -58.79               22.43%

Atticus Mowat             1500 Freestyle            -383.53             20.55%

 

 

Congratulations to the Goldfins swimmers on these tremendous achievements.  The Goldfins Coaching staff would like to thank Goldfins parents: Rachel Boyko and Chrisine Thille for serving as team chaperones this past weekend.  The Goldfins would like to thank Goldfins parents who volunteered to officiate at this swim meet.  Thank you to the Regina Marlins Swim Club for hosting this swim meet.
