Little Caesars 2024 Winter Fun Meet Preview
Get ready to splash into the fun zone as the Saskatoon Goldfins Swim Club rolls out the red carpet for the second Little Caesars Fun Meet of the 2023-2024 swim season on March 22, 2024, at the Shaw Centre. Dive into the excitement of the Little Caesars 2024 Winter Fun Swim Meet/Goldfins Friday Night at the Races, where our rising Goldfins stars will be making waves. It's all about fast-paced races and big smiles! From Junior Goldfins Bronze, Silver, and Gold swimmers to Goldfins White 3 and Blue 12 swimmers, get set to witness a showdown of epic swimming skills and strokes as they aim to beat their personal records.
This epic event is not just any competition – we're talking bell heat prizes, door prize packs, and the cherry on top: PIZZA! A huge shoutout to Lana Makari for her fantastic support of the Junior Goldfins Program. A big thank you to Lana and to the Little Caesars team for hosting a swimming extravaganza and adding a touch of extra "Pizzazz" for over 200 swimmers, officials, and coaches!
The meet schedule is as follows:
5:15 PM – Swimmers arrive on Deck
5:30 - 5:55 PM - Warm-Ups
6:00 - 8:30 PM – Racing

Swimmers must be pre-registered to compete in this event. Registration closes on Monday, March 18, 2024.
Please report any swimmers that are unable to attend this meet that have already registered, as a swimmer’s absence results in empty lanes slowing down the meet’s timeline.

Junior Goldfins swimmers will need to bring the following to the meet:
Kick Board, Tight Fitting Bathing Suit, Goggles, Goldfins Cap, 2 Towels, Goldfins, Warm Clothes to put on during the meet (these will get wet), Dry Clothes to Wear Home.
Optional: Take away pizza container(s) for swimmers, volunteers, and officials. Please note that the Donated Pizza is for Swimmers and Volunteers Only.
Thank you to all of the parents who have offered to volunteer to officiate at this meet. We appreciate your assistance. Parent officials are asked to report in the hallway outside of the pool at 5:30 PM.
Parents and spectators are asked to sit in the designated seating area in the mezzanine bleachers. Parents will not be permitted to stand/sit on deck.
Meet Information and Results will be found on the Meet Mobile App and will be made available following the meet’s conclusion.

Due to the swim meet, there will NOT BE any regularly scheduled training sessions held on Friday, March 22, 2024 for the Junior Goldfins Friday Lessons, Goldfins White 3, & Blue 12.
