Slices and Swimming: Made for an Epic Night of Racing!

The Saskatoon Goldfins Swim Club splashed into action with the second Little Caesars Fun Meet of the 2024 swim season on Friday, March 22, 2024, at the Shaw Centre in Saskatoon, SK. This event was a whirlwind of excitement, featuring races for the Junior Goldfins swimming lesson crew and the heart-pounding Friday Night at the Races competition for the Goldfins competitive squad. With 102 Junior Goldfins swimmers and 39 competitive Goldfins making waves in 14 thrilling events, the pool was bubbling with energy. The Goldfins crew clocked an impressive 327 personal best times, making waves and winning bell heats left and right!

The donation of this delicious pizza and desserts capped off an amazing evening of competition.  Young swimmers demonstrated their competitive swimming skills that they will continue to develop in the Junior Goldfins – Learn to Race Program.  The Goldfins’ Coaching Staff would like to congratulate the swimmers for dedicated practice of these skills and of their improved racing tactics.

Little Caesars 2024 Winter Fun Meet/FNR Results

Please note that the Junior Goldfins Program will be taking a break over the Easter Holiday Season – Friday, March 29 – April 4, 2024.  Lessons will resume on Friday, April 5, 2024.

The Goldfins Swim Club will be breaking over the Easter Weekend.  There will be NO training held on Friday, March 29 – Monday, April 1, 2024.  The regular Goldfins competitive training schedule will resume on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.
