To join our competitive team, swimmers have graduated from our Jr. Goldfins Program or complete a swimmer assessment with a Goldfins Competitive Coach. To arrange for an assessment please email Head Coach Steven Hitchings, ChPC (steven@goldfins.ca).

Masters - Adults 18 year and older. Learn, Train and have fun, beginners welcome!
What: Summer training for the month of July for swimmers to stay in touch with the water and maintain fitness.
Who: Goldfins swimmers invited to W3-G18 for the 2024-2025 swim season and any out of town swimmers with competitive swim experience.
When: Monday-Friday July 8-26, 2024. Arrival 8:30 am, outdoor dry-land 8:45-9:45 am, swim 10am - 12noon. Pick up at 12noon.
Description: The camp will be lead by Coach Gary and Coach Ted. Swimmers will be divided into groups based on their ability and not necessarily by their registration group for the fall. Swimming will comprise of stroke improvement and speed sets.
Cost: 3x/week $220, 5x/week $330
Saskatoon Goldfins Swim Club’s Blue Wave Lessons
Blue Wave Lessons will allow your children to experience lessons provided by Professional Coaches at a competitive rate. Swimmers will enhance their skills in Freestyle (Front Crawl), Backstroke, Breaststroke and Dolphin Kick in a positive way – through daily swim instruction, educational games, and swim challenges. Non-stop action and learning – in a fun and positive way!
The Saskatoon Goldfins Swim Club is pleased to offer the 2024 Summer Swimming Lesson Program. This program is designed for swimmers ages 7 - 13 years of age.
The Goldfins Summer Swimming Lessons have been designed and structured to introduce new skills, reinforce those skills acquired in previous swim classes/programs, develop new swimming techniques, develop aerobic capacity, and to create an understanding of competitive swimming/racing concepts. All levels of the Program have clearly defined standards, teaching objectives, and learning outcomes.
The 2023 Summer Swimming Lesson Program is a progressive scheme; introducing children to the Saskatoon Goldfins Competitive Program.
Blue Wave 1 is designed to teach young children ages 7 - 8 intermediate water adjustment and beginning swimming with initial stroke (Swim Kids level 4-5)
Available times: 9:30-10:15 am, 10:30-11:15 am COST is $130
Blue Wave 2 is designed to teach young children ages 8 - 9 years swimming stroke and skill development. (Swim Kids level 6-7)
Available times: 9:30-10:30 am, 10:45-11:45 am COST is $150
Blue Wave 3 is designed to teach young children ages 10 - 13 years stroke and skill refinements, providing further coordination and stroke proficiency, power and endurance over greater and longer distances. (Swim Kids level 7+)
Available times: 9:30-10:30 am, 10:45-11:45 am COST is $150
Date: July 8 - 18, 2024 (Monday-Thursday)
*There will be a $25.00 Swim Saskatchewan Registration Fee applied (if NOT previously registered as a Goldfins 2023-24 member).
